The project involved the post-construction deep cleaning of 157 residential units, comprising studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as the cleaning of corridors, staircases, lift lobbies, and all communal areas—ensuring the development was fully prepared for occupancy and final handover.
Multiple teams and equipment were mobilized simultaneously across both towers to ensure efficient execution and quality delivery within schedule. Mo Horizon has also completed post construction deep cleaning for China EV Ghana Ltd, Plans and Bills Limited and Enterprise Properties.
